EcoThep — meaning eco therapy is an installation work consisting of an eco system from a small nature reserve near my family home accompanied by a series of clips from travels to my homeland and other various locations in deeply natural environments.

 

In this work I explored nature and its restorative effect on the human mind and body. It was created during a period when travelling felt difficult, making every journey outdoors feel deeply significant and therapeutic. I wanted to capture and preserve that feeling, almost like a framed butterfly — something fragile to return to and admire later. 

 

The film is composed of two-second clips, each lasting just long enough to evoke a sense of relief, yet too brief for the mind to fully settle on a single image, creating a fleeting meditative experience. The work concludes with an extended shot of burning ashes, inviting both stillness and movement at once. Shimmering like stars, the universe seems to expand, and for a brief moment everything feels small and insignificant.
